“For many couples today, reaching out to learn about NFP is a big, scary leap of faith. There is little support among friends, family and sometimes even health professionals in using it. And if this wasn’t making it difficult enough, we literally have to unlearn everything the culture’s taught us about our bodies and fertility.
As an instructor, I strive to be supportive of the relational and emotional needs of clients as they go through their transition to this NFP way of life, while giving them all the scientific and practical knowledge that they need.
In my personal use of NFP, I’ve had a fair amount of experience with charting and using NFP in the months after childbirth and while breastfeeding.
I feel very comfortable helping couples use and confidence in practicing NFP during these challenging times, as well as when they’re getting started and feel intimidated if they know little or nothing about it. We’ll begin right wherever you’re at.”
