“I originally became interested in NFP as a pre-med college student looking to practice in women’s health. While I did not go on to pursue a career in the medical field, I still have felt called to advocate for healthy choices, backed by good science, through teaching couples about NFP.
My main goal is to help women feel comfortable and confident in reading the signs their body is giving them, and to help couples understand this in light of their overall fertility and health.
I am a strong believer that for couples to be successful with NFP, they need good instruction and lots of support - I aim to help them with both!”
